Body Image: If you’re gay, body image has likely reared its head in your journey through life. How is body image showing up for you in your 50s, 60s and beyond, and how can you be good with whatever you’ve got?

Spirit/Faith: Discovering some kind of faith or spirituality is a common experience for people as they age. What can we learn from each other in our quest for a higher understanding of life, transcendence and the broader universe?

Identity: Our sense of identity provides us with a shorthand for who we are and how we operate in the world. But as our identity shifts and changes (especially as we age), we need to be flexible and adaptive in how we see ourselves.  Let’s explore!

Legacy: Whatever we hope to leave behind –material or spiritual – it’s helpful to live your life in alignment with some sense of legacy. This group will provide a great chance to explore what matters to you most, and connecting to it in living every day.

Money: Our relationship with money shifts as we age, and understanding how to manage this important, often complex dynamic is a big part of living an easeful later life.

Community: Perhaps nothing aligns with healthy aging more than living in meaningful community, especially as gay men. How we maintain a rich social life, and how we adjust it to meet changes in life is a vital conversation.

Family: Given or chosen, we want to know what family is and means, and to find ways to nurture it to support our journey forward.

Creativity: Life remains rich as long as we are continuing to create, whether that means creating things, creating experiences, or creating the world around us. How can you find your outlet for staying creative?

Sex: Ah sex. It’s never far from the surface of our gay lives, but it shifts in importance as our bodies, minds and spirit changes. Let’s discuss.

Adventure: Along with creativity, adventure is a major unlock of a robust life. What is your current relationship with adventure, and how can you cultivate it to feel like life continues to expand.

Giving Back: Contributing to something bigger than yourself is a key ingredient to living a good life. As our work obligations decrease we have an opportunity to pour more energy into the world around us.
